The Dubai-Style Chocolate Brownie is Crumbl’s brownie version of the Dubai chocolate bar trend. Crumbl describes a soft, fudgy brownie with a crunchy kataifi and pistachio filling, a layer of milk chocolate on top and a drizzle of pistachio cream. Kataifi is shredded phyllo pastry, and it is where the crunch in the middle comes from.

It is a heavy one. Crumbl lists the full-size brownie at 1,010 calories, the highest of the six items on the October 19 to 24, 2026 menu, and the pistachio means it contains tree nuts.
